Sales & Marketing Executive - Non - Life insurance (ALL BRANCHES)

Job Summary:

• Responsible for expanding the new customer base, including performing marketing activities in accordance with the defined plan.

**Applications are open for all upcountry branches. Candidates may apply to any location.**

Job Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard high-potential brokers and agents.
• Coach brokers and agents to meet customer needs and grow their insurance business.
• Introduce new products, sales tools, and marketing materials to brokers and agents.
• Guide brokers and agents in managing activities and delivering excellent customer service.
• Support brokers and agents in identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Monitor broker and agent performance and business results.
• Collaborate with Underwriting and Sales Support teams to drive business growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field
• Knowledge of insurance and marketing
• Any AI-future skills e.g., ChatGPT, or CoPilot 365, will be an advantage.
