Senior Manager, Lettings & Resales

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Letting & Resales Management team to achieve leasing targets and ensure high-quality customer service.
• Develop and implement effective leasing and resale strategies to maximize occupancy rates rental revenue and property sales performance.
• Oversee the end-to-end leasing and resale process including:
  • Property listings and marketing
  • Tenant and buyer inquiries
  • Property viewings
  • Negotiations
  • Lease preparation
  • Contract execution
• Monitor market trends rental rates and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and provide strategic recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies lease agreements and all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• Coach mentor and develop team members to enhance productivity customer service excellence and professional growth.
• Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve complex leasing and resale issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners tenants buyers and other key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Real Estate Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in property leasing real estate or letting management.
• At least 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of the residential property market and leasing regulations.
• Proven leadership capabilities with experience managing and motivating teams.
• Excellent negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good command of English both written and spoken.
• Self-motivated results-oriented and able to perform effectively under pressure.
