International Sales Director – Student Recruitment

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute international student recruitment strategy to drive enrollment growth and market diversification.
• Design integrated marketing and sales strategies aligned with institutional enrollment targets.
• Set intake targets with internal stakeholders and identify new program and emerging market opportunities.
• Lead overseas market expansion through travel partnership development and global stakeholder engagement.
• Advise university leadership on international recruitment strategy positioning and global growth opportunities.
• Manage and optimize international agent networks ensuring compliance performance and commission structures.
• Analyse recruitment data CRM insights and KPIs to monitor performance and support strategic decision-making.
• Deliver management reports on conversion rates lead generation and market performance trends.
• Lead and develop recruitment teams across regions including budget operations and staff performance management.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with academic and administrative units to support program launches and growth.
• Identify operational gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Marketing Education or related field.
• 7 years experience in international education student recruitment or service sales.
• Minimum 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong experience in CRM sales enablement and performance analytics.
• Fluent in Thai and English; additional languages (e.g. Mandarin) preferred.
• Strong leadership analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in complex matrix organizations preferred.
