Agency Account Manager (Media Option, Thailand)

We are looking for an ambitious Agency Account Manager who will play a crucial role in managing our existing Clients.

What Youll Do:

• Upsell: Work with existing clients to maximize client satisfaction retention and growth; propose new ideas alternative services for clients
• Optimization: Work as a liaison between clients and internal departments to operate campaign management and to achieve higher performance
• Retention: Work closely with clients to ensure the campaigns achievement and satisfaction to ensure the contract renewal at the highest level

Requirements

Who you are:

• 1 year of experience in digital marketing/account management experience in advertising agencies/e-commerce/direct response environment
• Outstanding computer skills including strong knowledge of Google Facebook Line ads platform Twitter TikTok Native ads and content marketing
• Deep knowledge and understanding of the online advertising industry and technologies
• Deep understanding of the company product and being able to explain it to a client and anyone else when needed
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Understanding of the countrys peculiarities knowing the main competitors prices advertising verticals and peculiarities of communication with people from the assigned GEO region
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint chart making and manipulation of large data sets

Will be a plus:

• Digital advertising campaign management
• Prior agency experience

Languages proficiency:

• Upper-intermediate English
• Fluent Thai
