Senior Logistics Manager (Asia Pacific)

Location: Remote — Asia Pacific Region | Full-Time | Ecolab – IM Supply Chain Logistics

At Ecolab, we're looking for a senior logistics leader to define and drive our Asia Pacific logistics strategy across a complex, multi-country environment. This is more than an operations role — you'll be the regional architect shaping multi-year strategy while leading high-impact programs in Safety, Service, and Savings.

What You'll Do

• Own the Asia Pacific logistics strategy and multi-year roadmap aligned to growth, service, and margin goals
• Design and optimize the warehouse, distribution, and transportation network to improve cost-to-deliver and customer experience
• Lead regional transformation programs — network redesign, TMS/WMS deployment, automation, digitalization, and process standardization
• Establish strong governance, KPIs, and benefits tracking for disciplined delivery
• Partner across Procurement, Planning, Finance, IT, SHE, and Commercial teams to elevate end-to-end supply chain performance
• Coach and build regional talent — while rolling up your sleeves on the ground when it counts

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration (Master's a plus)
• 10+ years of progressive logistics & supply chain leadership
• Proven success leading cross-functional, multi-country projects across APAC
• Deep expertise in transportation, warehousing, 3PL governance, network design & cost optimization
• Strong stakeholder influencing skills in a matrix environment
• Fluent English (additional APAC languages a strong plus)

Bonus points for: Lean Six Sigma certification, SAP/TMS/WMS experience, and a track record of regional logistics transformations.
