General Summary

As a Personal Trainer, you will provide fitness guidance to help clients improve their physical condition. You are expected to create tailored fitness and wellness plans for individuals and groups. You will assign exercise routines based on clients’ physical needs and monitor their progress.

You will spend majority of your time on the gym floor and may have to lift heavy gym accessory. You must be respectable, responsible and a positive role model. Ultimately, you will help our clients have fun and improve their health through exercise.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• You will run and supervise various fitness and health programs.
• You will assess the physical and health conditions of clients, create appropriate exercise plans, and monitor their improvement. You will also explain applicable safety rules and regulations (e.g. use of equipment).
• You are often the representative of the company that will have the most interaction with the members hence you need to look neat and clean and should have stamina.
• You are expected to demonstrate a personal commitment to fitness and personal wellness.
• You will be expected to undertake those duties as required for the successful completion of your job.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or a certified qualification from Fit Thailand or ACE
• Knowledge and expertise in designing fitness training programs
• Good personality and well-proportioned physique
• Able to work in shifts

คุณจะใช้เวลาอยู่ในพื้นที่ฟิตเนส และอาจต้องยกอุปกรณ์ออกกำลังกายที่มีน้ำหนัก คุณต้องมีความรับผิดชอบ เป็นแบบอย่างที่ดี และมีทัศนคติเชิงบวก

หน้าที่ของคุณคือช่วยให้ลูกค้าออกกำลังกายอย่างสนุกและมีสุขภาพดีขึ้น

บทบาทและความรับผิดชอบ

• ดูแลและให้คำแนะนำโปรแกรมออกกำลังกายให้กับสมาชิกและการใช้อุปกรณ์อย่างปลอดภัยและถูกวิธี
• ประเมินสภาพร่างกายและสุขภาพของลูกค้า จัดทำแผนออกกำลังกายที่เหมาะสม และติดตามพัฒนาการ
• เสนอขายโปรแกรมการออกกำลังกายให้แก่สมาชิกรายใหม่ และสมาชิกเดิมเพื่อรักษาฐานลูกค้า
• แสดงความมุ่งมั่นในการดูแลสุขภาพและความฟิตของตนเองอย่างสม่ำเสมอ
• ดูแลความสะอาดและรักษาอุปกรณ์การออกกำลังกายให้พร้อมใช้งานอยู่เสมอ
• แนะนำผลิตภัณฑ์ส่งเสริมการขายแก่ลูกค้า ตามที่บริษัทกำหนด
• งานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

คุณสมบัติของผู้สมัคร

• จบการศึกษาวุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิทยาศาสตร์การกีฬา,สาขาพลศึกษา หรือมีใบ Certificate จาก Fit Thailand หรือ ACE
• มีความรู้ความเชี่ยวชาญด้านการออกแบบโปรแกรมการออกกำลังกาย
• บุกคลิกภาพดี รูปร่างสมส่วน
• สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้
