What You Will Do

• Own operations planning and controlling for OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test) activities ensuring demand capacity and output stay aligned
• Drive production planning capacity analysis and loading plans in coordination with manufacturing supply chain and subcontractor partners
• Monitor and control operational KPIs analyze deviations and drive corrective actions with cross-functional teams
• Prepare management reports forecasts and business cases to support decision-making at site and headquarters level
• Support cost controlling budgeting and efficiency initiatives across operations
• Act as a key interface between local operations and global planning functions

What You Bring

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Industrial Engineering Supply Chain Business or a related field
• Experience in operations planning production control capacity planning or controlling ideally in semiconductor electronics or OSAT environments
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data KPIs and planning systems (SAP and advanced Excel a strong plus)
• Good communication skills in English and the ability to work with international stakeholders
• A proactive structured mindset and comfort operating in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
