You Will Build And Strengthen The Frontline Workforce By Leading End-To-End Recruitment Strategies Optimizing Hiring Processes And Developing High-Performing Recruitment Teams To Support Business Growth Across Nationwide Operations.

What You Will Do

• Plan And Execute End-To-End Recruitment For Beauty Advisors (BA) And Product Consultants (PC) Across Nationwide Locations

• Manage Manpower Planning And Vacancy Fulfillment To Achieve Hiring Targets

• Expand And Optimize Recruitment Channels Including Facebook TikTok LINE Job Boards And Employee Referral Programs

• Lead Coach And Develop The Recruitment Team To Achieve Individual And Team KPIs

• Build And Maintain A Strong Talent Pool To Support Ongoing And Future Hiring Needs

• Monitor Recruitment Performance And Provide Regular Hiring Reports And Insights

• Analyze Recruitment Data To Identify Improvement Opportunities And Enhance Recruitment Processes

• Collaborate With Operations Teams And Clients To Support Business Expansion And New Project Requirements

What You Will Need

• Bachelors Degree In Human Resources Business Administration Psychology Or Related Field

• At Least 35 Years Of Experience In Recruitment Talent Acquisition Or Related Field

• Experience Recruiting High-Volume Frontline Or Retail Positions Is Preferred

• Strong Planning Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills

• Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills

• Ability To Manage Multiple Hiring Projects And Meet Recruitment Targets

• Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Recruitment Systems Or ATS Is Preferred
