How will you make an impact

You will connect people and purpose finding and welcoming great talent who fit both the role and Whitelines spirit. From shaping how we hire to making every candidate feel valued youll play a key role in building the experience that makes people want to join and stay.

What you will do

• Create fresh and effective ways to attract the right people through online channels social media and referrals

• Review applications and chat with candidates to understand their fit and potential

• Work closely with hiring managers to shape job descriptions and manage interview steps smoothly

• Keep our candidate database accurate and organized to make hiring simple and transparent

• Support onboarding for new hires so their first day feels like a warm welcome

• Join employer branding and career events that show the world who we are and why people love working here

• Keep yourself updated on hiring trends and fair employment practices

What you will need

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or related field

• 13 years of experience in recruitment or a related role

• Strong communication and people skills you enjoy connecting with others

• Familiar with social media and online tools for finding talent

• Detail-minded organized and comfortable handling many things at once

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously

• Curious to learn and excited to grow in a fast-moving creative environment
