Job Purpose:

In this role you will oversee nationwide operations drive service excellence ensure compliance with international standards and lead a high-performing team delivering inspection sampling testing support and related agricultural services. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic operational environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage nationwide daily inspection schedules.
• Allocate inspectors vehicles and equipment efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with BV procedures ISO/IEC 45000 and ISO 9001 HSE IFIA GAFTA/FOSFA requirements.
• Review inspection reports before release when required.
• Manage subcontractors and operational vendors.
• Investigate customer complaints and implement CAPA.
• Monitor KPIs productivity utilization overtime and operating costs.
• Support business continuity and emergency response.
• Develop SOPs and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Recruit coach and evaluate inspectors and coordinators.
• Support sales with technical proposals tenders and new services.
• Maintain relationships with ports warehouses and laboratories.
• Strongly and ensuring that can be complying with BV safety rules.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Agriculture Food Science Engineering Logistics Supply Chain or a related discipline.
• 5-10 years of relevant operational experience with at least 1-3 years in a leadership or people management role.
• Strong understanding of agricultural commodities inspection services export logistics warehousing or related industries.
• Proven experience in operations management resource planning and performance monitoring.
• Strong leadership coaching and people development skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Good command of both written and spoken English.
