What youll do

Learning & Development (L&D)

• Assess training needs and develop L&D plans aligned with organizational goals

• Design implement and evaluate training programs workshops and development pathways

• Manage onboarding learning journeys to ensure smooth integration of new employees

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external training partners

• Track and analyze training effectiveness KPIs and ROI

Employee Engagement

• Drive engagement initiatives such as recognition programs pulse surveys and internal events

• Support internal communications to strengthen company culture

• Monitor employee feedback and recommend actionable improvements

• Lead initiatives that enhance workplace morale belonging and collaboration

Organizational Development

• Support performance management cycles competency frameworks and leadership development

• Facilitate change management communications and readiness activities

• Provide insights through dashboards reports and data-driven workforce analysis

What Were Looking For

• 35 years of experience in L&D Engagement HR OD or related fields

• A natural facilitator who loves leading workshops and trainings

• Strong communication skills with a creative positive energy

• Analytical thinker with a passion for improving experiences
