HR Payroll

How will you make an impact

you will take full ownership of monthly payroll while supporting business control across cashflow AR AP and GP. your work will keep payments accurate and on time financial data under control and business operations moving forward without disruption.

What you will do

• manage monthly payroll including salary overtime allowances and deductions

• review payroll data for accuracy before closing each cycle

• coordinate with attendance project and admin teams to collect payroll inputs

• control payroll timelines to ensure salary is paid accurately and on time every month

• handle payroll issues and corrections quickly to prevent recurring errors

• track billing and collections (AR) to ensure all jobs are billed and collected on target

• review expenses and payments (AP) to ensure cost efficiency and suggest saving or necessary investments

• plan and monitor cashflow at least 2 months ahead

• track overall gross profit and ensure performance stays within expected range

• monitor financial data and highlight risks or gaps before they impact the business

• support problem solving by turning data into clear actions for the team

What you will need

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or related field

• At least 24 years of experience in payroll finance operations or business control roles

• hands-on experience in monthly payroll management

• good understanding of AR AP cashflow and basic gross profit tracking

• strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately

• comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and analysis

• able to manage timelines prioritize tasks and work under deadlines

• clear communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple teams
