Description

• Act as liaison between business and Digital delivery team (internal orexternal) to assess opportunities and define requirements forbuilding high quality and modern digital user experiences ()thatbothmeetbusinessneedsand solve customer problems.

• Collaboratewithglobalproduct teamtodevelop sharedplatforms and processes that accelerate digital adoption within the region.

• Collaborate with country resources to define and deploy digital solutions that support strategic include digital marketingeffortsthrough integrationwithinapartnersonline assets as well as pure direct-to-consumer approaches.

• Employrapidtest-and-learnapproach tolaunchingandoptimizing websites mobile apps and other digital assets for consumer engagement retention purchase conversion NWP etc.

• Manage partner expectation in day-to-day task including reports presentation and other task related to account management

• Evaluatesuccessfulglobalcapabilitiesandtheirpotentialascase studies for local adoption.

• Understand and comprehend local Chubb system to be able to deal with new tech implementation.

Qualifications

• Atleast5yearsofrelevantexperienceindigitalproduct and technology roles gained in strong customer-centric organizations. Experience in retailfinancialservices isa plus.

• Track record of developing revenue-generating digital experienceswithanin-depthunderstandingofthefactors that contribute to the successful optimization of digital performance.

• Experiencedrivinginnovationleveragingemergingplatforms andmoving quickly to get newideas andplatforms to market.

• Excellentcommunicationcollaborationandinfluencingskills and a track record of working cross-functionally to build relationships with business units IT insurance product and direct marketing teams.

• Experienceworkingoninternationalinitiativesideallywith some exposure to emerging markets.

• Abilitytoworkinafast-paceddeadline-drivenenvironment and to flexibly manage multiple priorities. Action-oriented with a decisive style.

• Comfortable with new technologies that impact digital marketingandhasproven his/herabilitytoworkeffectively with IT and Digital delivery team.
