Working hours: Part-time Monday to Friday 1:00 PM 5:00PM

Job Purpose
The ERP Data Administrator is responsible for operating the item and vendor registration process in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ensuring data accuracy under the control and approval of the Category Managers.

Key Responsibilities
Data Administration
Operate the item and vendor registration process under the control and approval of the Category Managers.
Ensure data integrity accuracy and confidentiality across all databases.
Perform regular data audits and resolve discrepancies.
Implement and enforce data entry standards and schedules.
Comply with data confidentiality system security and corporate policies.

Profile required

Required Skills and Competencies

• Solid knowledge of Windows environment and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Microsoft D365 Business Central)
• Experience with data management and reporting tools
• Excellent written communication for SOP writing
• Project management and task prioritization skills
• Ability to work independently and methodically
• Strong interpersonal skills: patience pedagogy active listening
• Conflict resolution and customer service mindset
• Responsiveness and adaptability
• Respect for data confidentiality

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelors degree in Information Systems Business Administration Supply Chain or related fields
• Minimum 2 years experience in ERP support data management or project coordination
• Native Thai speaker with working knowledge of English
