We are looking for an experienced After Sales Manager to establish and lead after-sales operations for a fast-growing smart mobility company in Thailand. This role is responsible for building the entire after-sales ecosystem including customer service warranty management technical support service network development spare parts operations and service quality. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and regional headquarters to deliver an exceptional customer ownership experience while supporting business growth and nationwide expansion.
Develop and implement the overall after-sales strategy policies and SOPs.
Build and manage customer service warranty and technical support operations.
Develop and oversee authorized service centers and dealer service networks.
Manage spare parts planning inventory and logistics to ensure service readiness.
Drive service quality customer satisfaction and continuous improvement initiatives.
Analyze product quality issues and coordinate corrective actions with regional and global teams.
Develop technical training programs and certify service technicians.
Lead coach and develop the after-sales team while collaborating with Sales Product Supply Chain Finance and other cross-functional stakeholders.
Bachelors degree in Engineering Automotive Engineering Mechanical Engineering Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 710 years of experience in automotive or motorcycle after-sales operations.
At least 35 years of experience in a managerial role.
Proven experience in building after-sales operations or service networks.
Experience with EV electric motorcycles or smart mobility products is a strong advantage.
Experience working with multinational or international organizations is preferred.
Strong knowledge of warranty management service operations dealer management spare parts and technical troubleshooting.
Excellent leadership communication problem-solving project management and stakeholder management skills.
