People & Culture Manager Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort

• Lead daily People & Culture operations and support the Director of People & Culture.
• Manage recruitment onboarding manpower planning and Heartist retention.
• Drive performance learning talent development and career growth.
• Advise leaders on employee relations disciplinary matters policies and Thai labour law compliance.
• Manage compensation benefits welfare recognition and Heartist engagement.
• Promote Accor culture diversity inclusion wellbeing and a positive workplace.
• Support employer branding ESG sustainability and community activities.
• Monitor key People & Culture data including turnover attendance engagement and manpower.
• Ensure accurate P&C administration and provide effective people support to all departments.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of Human Resources experience including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Thai labour law employee relations and work permit & visa requirements.
• Good understanding of current HR trends practices and hospitality market.
• Good command of Thai and English.
