SEA & Thailand FP&A Manager

• Lead Financial Performance & Planning: Oversee P&L and working capital management across Southeast Asia driving budgeting forecasting and long-term planning to deliver robust financial strategies and actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Drive Strategic Investment Decisions: Evaluate business cases optimize resource allocation and enable data-driven decision-making through performance reviews and scenario modelling to maximize ROI and profitability.
• Build & Develop Finance Capabilities: Lead regional FP&A teams strengthen cross-functional partnerships and enhance finance capabilities through coaching and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications :

University degree. Accounting Economics Business or Finance or equivalent experience

Must have:

10 years of experience in FP&A / commercial finance (FMCG preferred)

Regional SEA exposure with multi-country stakeholder management

Strong analytical strategic thinking communication and influencing skills

Sound knowledge of Excel Ability to handle large data
