Position Specific Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Community Development, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (Master's an advantage).

  • Experience managing budgets, vendor/partner relationships, and cross-functional or direct-report teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across government agencies, NGOs, senior leadership, and community partners.
