Senior Human Resource Manager

Job description: *Location: BTS Ekkamai, Bangkok* *Key Responsibilities* *HR Leadership:* * Lead and oversee the full spectrum of HR activities across Thailand. * Act as a strategic business partner to regional leadership, providing guidance on organization design, workforce planning, talent management, and leadership development. * Ensure consistent implementation of global HR policies and DOA (delegation of authority) while adapting to local labor laws, cultural contexts, and market practices. * Drive employee engagement, performance management, succession planning, and leadership capability across the region. * Provide oversight, guidance, and coaching to country HR leaders and teams, building strong and high-performing HR organizations. * Manage complex employee relations matters and ensure compliance with all local employment regulations. Qualifications: *Qualifications & Experience* * Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Masters degree or professional HR certification is preferred. * Minimum of 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant regional leadership exposure in Thailand. * Proven experience leading global or regional Compensation & Benefits programs in a complex, multinational environment. * Strong knowledge of Thailand labor laws and HR practices. * Demonstrated ability to operate effectively at both strategic and operational levels. * Experience partnering with senior executives and influencing at the leadership level.
