Hotel Commercial Director

• Identify new markets, business segments, and revenue opportunities, and monitor market trends, competitor activity, and demand patterns
• Lead the development of corporate, leisure, wholesale, MICE, group, and other key market segments
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, travel agencies, DMCs, tour operators, wholesalers, and corporate partners
• Work closely with Revenue teams to maximize ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, and total revenue through pricing, forecasting, demand, restrictions, promotions, and inventory strategies
• Optimize hotel distribution across OTAs, direct channels, wholesale, GDS, travel agencies, DMCs, and corporate channels
• Work closely with Marketing to ensure commercial campaigns support revenue objectives and develop market-specific campaigns
• Provide commercial leadership to property-level Sales and Revenue teams, establish clear KPIs, conduct regular commercial reviews, and coach commercial leaders
• Monitor and manage occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, total hotel revenue, GOP/profitability, market share, room nights, direct booking contribution, distribution costs, sales production, MICE/group revenue, and corporate revenue

About you

• Minimum 8–10 years of hotel commercial experience
• Previous experience as Commercial Director, Director of Sales & Marketing, Director of Commercial, Cluster DOSM, or equivalent
• Strong hotel experience across Sales, Revenue, Distribution, and Marketing
• Experience managing multiple hotels or a cluster is strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of Thailand's hotel and tourism market
• Proven experience developing corporate, leisure, wholesale, MICE, and international markets
• Strong commercial and financial understanding
• Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills
• Excellent English communication skills
• Willingness to travel regularly between properties
