Job Description

• Lead overall branch performance to achieve business sales and profitability targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Retail Banking SME Banking and Commercial Banking customers while delivering exceptional customer experience.
• Provide financial solutions and oversee the promotion of banking products and services to meet customer needs.
• Lead coach and develop branch staff to enhance performance capability and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements internal policies and risk management standards.
• Oversee branch operations service quality and operational efficiency to ensure smooth and effective branch management.
• Collaborate with internal business partners to maximize business opportunities and achieve shared objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Finance Economics Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of banking experience with at least 2 years in branch management role.
• Strong knowledge of retail banking business banking financial products branch operations and risk management.
• Possession of Life Insurance Non-Life Insurance and Investment Consultant licenses is required.
• Strong leadership strategic planning problem-solving negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrated ability to manage sales performance customer relationships and branch operations effectively.
