AI Solutions Engineer

Our client is a fast-growing Thai consumer technology company operating multiple business units and serving a large user base nationwide. They are hiring an AI Solutions Engineer (Mid to Senior, assessed on actual experience) to act as the bridge between Business and AI.

Salary: up to THB 70,000/month (stronger profiles above this range can be considered)
Location: Bangkok, Thailand

About the role

You are the connector between business needs and hands-on delivery. You listen to the pain points of each team, then design and personally build solutions using AI agents and automation, helping business unit leads improve their workflows with results that stick. This is not a pure coding role: it is for someone who turns business problems into working systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with team leads across all business units to capture pain points and turn them into solvable briefs
• Design and develop workflows and automation using AI agents and the right tools for the job
• Build, test, refine, and deliver solutions that teams actually use day to day
• Connect internal systems, data, and tools together (APIs, integrations)
• Act as technical advisor to business unit leads who want to improve their own workflows
• Track results (time and cost saved) and keep iterating
• Train and hand over new systems and workflows to teams

Must-have

• Programming fundamentals: has written code, understands code structure, or has built automation systems
• Understands workflow logic and enjoys finding ways to make things faster
• Hands-on automation / AI agent experience at real project level (not just tutorials)
• Serious working experience with AI agent / LLM tools
• Communicates well with non-technical colleagues and understands business language
• Open to learning the business context of each unit
• Systems thinker who wants to work at the intersection of business and tech, not just write code

Nice-to-have

• API / webhook / database integration experience
• Background in e-commerce, consumer internet, or startup environments
• Experience working closely with operations or across multiple business teams
