As the volume of brand partnerships continues to scale, we are looking for a rigorous and execution-driven Bilingual Advertising Project Executive (Thai/Chinese). The core driver for this position is to guarantee flawless execution and high-quality delivery of all commercial accounts. This role acts as a critical link connecting brand partners, account managers, and creative production teams, ensuring all promotional campaigns go live smoothly and meet performance benchmarks.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Delivery and Project Management: End-to-end management of local brand advertisements, content sponsorships, and joint marketing campaigns; oversee campaign timelines, asset tracking, ad placement verification, and performance optimization to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Account Coordination: Act as the primary coordinator supporting the commercial team with local brand clients, advertising agencies, and content partners; manage client requests, feedback loops, and contractual milestones to maintain strong client satisfaction.
• Cross-Functional Localization: Coordinate with content, platform operations, and social media teams to adapt and localize advertising materials; supervise physical material production, marketing entitlement execution, and experiential brand activations.
• Data Analytics and Reporting: Track, compile, and analyze campaign performance metrics; generate systematic post-campaign performance reports and insights to assist the team in optimizing workflow efficiencies.
• Operational Support: Undertake ad-hoc tasks designated by management, providing robust support during large-scale brand events, commercial pitches, and corporate client hospitality.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably majoring in Advertising, Media, Marketing, or Business Administration.
• Professional Experience: 1–3 years of professional experience in advertising execution, account management (AE), project management, or media operations, gained within ad agencies, media platforms, or brand marketing departments.
• Language Proficiency: Strong command of verbal and written Mandarin Chinese, capable of utilizing it daily to communicate seamlessly with global headquarters.
• Industry Knowledge: Solid grasp of the local advertising industry's standard operating procedures, with an understanding of client expectations, campaign mechanics, and content marketing fundamentals.
• Technical and Soft Skills: Highly collaborative with meticulous execution capabilities; proficient in standard data processing (Excel) and presentation-building tools (PowerPoint).
