What You Will Do Own operations planning and controlling for OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test) activities, ensuring demand, capacity, and output stay aligned Drive production planning, capacity analysis, and loading plans in coordination with manufacturing, supply chain, and subcontractor partners Monitor and control operational KPIs, analyze deviations, and drive corrective actions with cross-functional teams Prepare management reports, forecasts, and business cases to support decision-making at site and headquarters level Support cost controlling, budgeting, and efficiency initiatives across operations Act as a key interface between local operations and global planning functions What You Bring Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field Experience in operations planning, production control, capacity planning, or controlling, ideally in semiconductor, electronics, or OSAT environments Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data, KPIs, and planning systems (SAP and advanced Excel a strong plus) Good communication skills in English and the ability to work with international stakeholders A proactive, structured mindset and comfort operating in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Why This Role You will be joining at a stage of significant expansion, with real influence over how the site plans and performs, strong exposure to senior management, and a clear runway for progression within a global technology leader.
