Rewards & Benefits Specialist (Sr Staff / Staff level) Our client, a leading global semiconductor manufacturer with operations in Thailand, is looking for an experienced Rewards & Benefits Specialist to join their HR team. Key Responsibilities Partner with the local Rewards & Benefits lead, HR team, and the global RB function to provide expert advice on compensation and benefits matters Support day-to-day compensation administration, including annual salary reviews, variable pay programs, and job mapping to benchmark surveys Manage employee benefits: review offerings, ensure compliance and competitiveness, and contribute to global benefits design and implementation projects Analyze market data and deliver insights (cost analysis, range analysis, benchmarking) to support compensation and benefits decisions Advise HR Business Partners, managers, and employees on policy interpretation and implementation Identify opportunities to streamline C&B processes and enhance employee experience Ensure compliance with local, regional, and global benefits regulations Stay current on industry trends and best practices; recommend improvements Support C&B design, implementation, and review projects Assist in managing vendors and programs for cost savings and improved service delivery Requirements 6+ years of HR experience, with at least 4 years focused on compensation and benefits, ideally in a multinational or manufacturing environment Strong analytical skills: comfortable with market data, salary structures, and benchmark surveys (e.g. Mercer, WTW) Working knowledge of Thai labor law and benefits compliance Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field Good command of both Thai and English What's on Offer A regional/global scope role within a world-class multinational technology organization Exposure to global rewards projects and international HR teams Competitive compensation and benefits package
