Our client is a premium global entertainment provider and streaming platform renowned for its trend-setting variety formats blockbuster dramas and community-centric video ecosystems.

The platform is scaling its regional product experience and is looking for a creative data-sensitive Bilingual Content and Campaign Operations Specialist (Thai/Chinese). The core driver for this role is the fine-tuning of platform presentation and localized campaign delivery. This specialist will serve as the localized brain of the content platform designing cross-channel content roadmaps curating user interfaces and ensuring that global intellectual properties achieve maximum emotional and cultural resonance with the target audience.

Responsibilities

• Content Strategy and Editorial Calendar: Formulate localized social media content roadmaps and calendar cycles in lockstep with corporate brand positioning and regional milestones; design multimedia content concepts to elevate brand equity and user engagement.
• Topic Curation and Copywriting: Lead local topic ideation creative copywriting and localized quality audits; react nimbly to breaking entertainment news and cultural trends to boost organic content distribution.
• Platform UI & Recommendations Curation: Partner with the central platform operations team to optimize app content layout recommendation carousels and landing pages based on local viewing habits maintaining synchronization with global campaigns.
• Campaign Localization and Execution: Drive the local deployment of main platform activations including interactive feature localization dedicated event page assets and user engagement prompts to ensure high conversion and completion rates.
• Project Publicity Coordination: Oversee the localized social media publicity blueprints for premier titles; manage internal and external resources (designers video editors KOLs) to deliver high-quality promotional materials that amplify local impact.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelors degree or above in Media Marketing Advertising Journalism or New Media fields.
• Professional Experience: 3 years of progressive experience in content curation editorial operations or social media strategy within digital media networks OTT platforms or the entertainment/showbiz sectors.
• Content Sensitivity: Exceptional copywriting capabilities and sharp intuitive content awareness with proven success in conceptualizing and drafting high-performing multimedia topics.
• Market Insight: Comprehensive understanding of the local entertainment space influencer landscape and consumer behavior regarding long-form video consumption.
• Language and Collaboration: Complete professional fluency in both Thai andMandarin Chineseto liaise effectively with headquarters product and ops groups.
• Project Management: Competent in project coordination and vendor management with the ability to align multi-stakeholder resources efficiently.
