Senior Manager Wafer Test

Industry: Semiconductors / Manufacturing Salary Budget: Up to THB 150,000 per month Location: Bang Bo, Samut Prakan, Thailand Our client, a global semiconductor leader, is seeking a Senior Manager Wafer Test to drive the introduction and release of new test tools and probe card technologies for their Digital/Mixed Signal (DMS) portfolio. Your Role Work with internal stakeholders including product test and test technology engineers, Business Line managers, project teams, and the digital/mixed signal platform portfolio managers across Divisions and Operations to define, identify, evaluate and release "First of a Kind" tools to production Support the hardware design team to design, evaluate and release new probe card technologies, and drive new product probe cards to production Support the release of new test cells to production for DMS products, including new testers, probers, Automated Optical Inspection (AOI), and any major hardware configuration changes Identify and evaluate new tools required to support future business needs of the DMS portfolio team Generate ideas and implement solutions to increase productivity in collaboration with Business Line, Test Engineering, and Operations Support corporate quality initiatives and targets through active participation in cross-functional teams and activities Work with Operations colleagues to improve manufacturing master data tooling Your Profile Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Minimum 15 years of experience in semiconductor test engineering within a development and/or manufacturing environment Knowledge and experience with semiconductor Automated Test Equipment (ATE) from market-leading suppliers Proven experience in Wafer Test Engineering problem solving Understanding of processes in R&D, test development, or test hardware design and technology highly desirable Knowledge of wafer probers and package test handlers from market-leading suppliers Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, especially Word and Excel Strong written and oral communication skills, fluent in English Ability to align stakeholders in a multicultural and international environment
