Internship Description:

• Support the recruitment process by assisting with sourcing screening and coordinating interviews for candidates

• Help source talent across multiple channels review incoming applications and learn to identify and engage passive candidates

• Assist in drafting and updating job postings job descriptions and position requirements

• Learn creative sourcing techniques for a variety of technical and non-technical roles

• Support business development efforts by helping research and connect with potential new clients

• Stay curious about recruiting trends and best practices in the SEA market

Our Ideal Intern:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology Psychology Liberal Arts International Relations Public Administration Computer Engineering or a related field

• Strong communication skills both oral and written with comfort working across diverse cultures

• Hardworking accountable and reliable

• Positive attitude team player motivated and eager to learn

• Good command of English: Writing Reading Speaking

• No prior recruitment experience required this is a great starting point for your career

• Background or coursework in Engineering IT Finance or Law is a plus but not required
