ENGAGEMENT - Contractor/consulting engagement via Evantis Talent Solutions - Location: Bangkok (Energy Complex/client premises) - Hybrid or onsite, depending on project requirements - Start within 15–30 days from offer ROLE OVERVIEW Senior BA + PM hybrid role on complex, cross-functional initiatives. Combines deep analytical capability with strong project leadership to drive business outcomes and ensure high-quality execution. Works closely with executive stakeholders, business owners and technical teams to define solutions, manage delivery, mitigate risks, and ensure measurable value. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Lead end-to-end business analysis for complex, cross-functional initiatives - Translate strategic goals into detailed functional and non-functional requirements - Validate solutions against business goals and ensure value realisation - Own full project lifecycle (initiation through closure) for high-impact initiatives - Define and control project scope, schedule, budget and resources - Develop integrated project plans; manage interdependencies across teams - Proactively identify, assess and mitigate risks and issues - Manage change control and governance alignment - Drive delivery accountability across internal teams and external vendors QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field - 7+ years in Business Analysis, Project Management, or hybrid BA/PM roles - Proven track record delivering complex, multi-stream projects - Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile, and hybrid delivery models - Excellent leadership, communication and facilitation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Thai and English - Open to all qualified candidates regardless of gender, age or background
