The core objective of this role is to maximize brand visibility and user retention via social platforms. The selected candidate will own the daily curation of the platform's localized social media presence, crafting viral content and engaging directly with the digital generation to turn casual viewers into loyal brand advocates. Responsibilities Multi-Channel Account Management: Own the day-to-day operation, scheduling, publishing, and engagement across official social media matrices (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, etc.) to ensure a consistent and healthy digital presence. Agile Content Creation: Leverage basic graphic design and short-form video editing skills to autonomously craft, subtitle, and publish engaging social assets; collaborate with global creative teams to align content with brand guidelines. Campaign and Vendor Orchestration: Execute tailored social media amplification strategies for flagship dramas, variety shows, and major platform events; coordinate with external social media agencies and digital influencers (KOLs) to track deliverables and audit quality. Data Tracking and Feedback Loops: Continuously monitor core performance indicators (impressions, engagement rates, follower growth, video views); compile structured performance data reports to drive content iteration. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Mass Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, or New Media. Professional Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in social media management or community operations, ideally within digital media networks, OTT streaming platforms, or the entertainment/pop-culture sectors. Platform Mastery: Thorough understanding of the algorithms, operational policies, and content ecosystems of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X. Creative Toolkits: Proficient in content creation tools such as Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, Premiere, or equivalent multimedia editing software to produce independent visual assets. Language and Cultural Fluency: Complete professional fluency in both Thai and Mandarin Chinese with a deep affinity for internet subcultures, pop trends, and the local entertainment ecosystem. Flexibility: Comfortable operating within the dynamic rhythms of social media, including flexibility for viral trends or digital crises.
