About the Role

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant 180 (Delivery) to join our recruitment team in Bangkok.

This role focuses on the candidate side of recruitment. You will source interview and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process while working closely with experienced consultants on active client vacancies.

It is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys working with people and wants to develop strong recruitment and candidate-management skills before progressing into a full 360 recruitment role.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn job boards referrals and our recruitment database
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future vacancies
• Conduct candidate interviews to understand experience skills motivations and career goals
• Prepare candidate profiles and shortlists for client opportunities
• Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process including interview preparation feedback and offer stages
• Build long-term relationships with candidates and develop a strong professional network
• Conduct talent mapping and identify relevant candidate pools
• Work closely with Recruitment Consultants and the business development team to understand client requirements
• Participate in client briefings where appropriate
• Maintain accurate candidate and vacancy information within Manatal
• Work towards recruitment KPIs including candidate submissions interviews and successful placements

• Bachelors degree in any discipline
• Strong Thai and English communication skills
• Genuine interest in developing a career in recruitment
• Confident communicating with different types of people
• Energetic resilient and comfortable working towards targets
• Good organisation and time-management skills
• Able to manage multiple vacancies and priorities
• Comfortable using technology and learning new recruitment tools
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Advantageous But Not Essential

• Up to 2 years of experience in recruitment HR sales or another people-facing role
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter job boards or an ATS
• Knowledge of IT technology or another specialist industry
• Understanding of the Thai recruitment market
