Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Hotel Sales Manager to drive revenue, develop new business, and strengthen the hotel's corporate, group, MICE, leisure, and travel-trade market segments. The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for developing B2B and B2C sales opportunities, managing key accounts, generating room nights and event business, and building long-term relationships with corporate clients, DMCs, travel agencies, tour operators, wholesalers, event agencies, and other hospitality partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve hotel room revenue, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and total revenue targets
• Identify and acquire new corporate, group, leisure, MICE, and travel-trade accounts
• Conduct regular sales calls, client visits, presentations, networking, and business development activities
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and actively convert qualified leads into business
• Research market trends, competitor activity, and new revenue opportunities
• Represent the hotel at trade shows, exhibitions, networking events, sales missions, and industry functions
• Develop relationships with corporate companies, multinational organizations, local businesses, government accounts, and key decision-makers
• Manage and grow existing corporate and key accounts
• Negotiate corporate rates, contracts, room blocks, packages, and commercial agreements
• Generate business from Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Events (MICE), groups, meetings, conferences, weddings, and social events

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Tourism, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel sales, hospitality sales, business development, or a related commercial role
• Previous experience as a Sales Manager, Senior Sales Executive, Business Development Manager, Corporate Sales Manager, or similar hotel sales position
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Strong network within the corporate, MICE, travel trade, DMC, or tourism sectors
• Experience with corporate accounts, group business, MICE, leisure, and/or travel trade
• Strong understanding of hotel commercial performance and revenue generation
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, networking, and relationship-management skills
• Proficiency in CRM, Microsoft Office, and hotel sales systems
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, sales calls, trade shows, and business development activities
