Senior IT Consultant, New Business Division

About the Rolewe are a leading IT solutions provider from Japan, delivering DX solutions across manufacturing, finance, and other industries. We are launching a new business division and are looking for a Senior Consultant to be a core member of the founding team.
Target clients are expected to be in Food, Retail/Distribution, and F&B (indicative; may change depending on business strategy). This is a start-up phase role with strong opportunities to shape the business.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide IT consulting services to clients (expected industries: Food, Retail, F&B)
• Conduct business and IT requirement hearings and analysis
• Develop DX and IT strategies and roadmaps
• Support business process improvement and system requirement definition
• Lead and drive projects (progress, quality, and issue management)
• Communicate and negotiate with client executives and business owners; support proposals
• Coordinate with the Japanese manager and Japan-side teams
• Help build the divisions service menu, proposal materials, and methodologies
• In the future, coach and manage junior members

RequirementsMust have

• 5 years or more of IT consulting experience
• Track record of structuring client problems and driving proposals through to execution
• Business-level English (meetings, documents, emails)

Nice to have

• Background in a consulting firm (e.g., ABeam Consulting, Accenture)
• Project experience in Food, Retail, Distribution, or F&B
• Knowledge of ERP (e.g., SAP), SCM, POS/CRM, or data utilization
• Experience in new business launch or start-up environments
