Accounting Manager

Job description: * Lead the month-end close and review accounting transactions and monthly reports. * Oversee monthly reporting and the preparation, review, and submission of consolidation reporting packages to the parent company in Japan. * Manage manufacturing costing, analyze cost variances, and control fixed costs. * Prepare and review tax returns. * Assign work, monitor progress, and develop accounting team members. * Use Microsoft Dynamics AX for day-to-day accounting and support the planned migration to Dynamics 365 (D365) Qualifications: * Age 48-52 years old (Best age is50) * Experience as an Accounting Manager at a Japanese manufacturing company, including direct responsibility for managing an accounting team. * Experience 10 years in Management level * Experience with consolidation reporting packages and monthly reporting to a parent company in Japan. * Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365. Candidates with AX experience may be considered if they can demonstrate their ability to adapt to D365. * Practical experience in month-end closing, accounting transaction review, manufacturing costing, and fixed cost control. * Experience preparing and reviewing tax returns. * English proficiency for day-to-day business communication, presentations, and work discussions.
