Accounting Manager

Job description:

• Lead the month-end close and review accounting transactions and monthly reports.
• Oversee monthly reporting and the preparation, review, and submission of consolidation reporting packages to the parent company in Japan.
• Manage manufacturing costing, analyze cost variances, and control fixed costs.
• Prepare and review tax returns.
• Assign work, monitor progress, and develop accounting team members.
• Use Microsoft Dynamics AX for day-to-day accounting and support the planned migration to Dynamics 365 (D365)

Qualifications:

• Age 48-52 years old (Best age is50)
• Experience as an Accounting Manager at a Japanese manufacturing company, including direct responsibility for managing an accounting team.
• Experience 10 years in Management level
• Experience with consolidation reporting packages and monthly reporting to a parent company in Japan.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365. Candidates with AX experience may be considered if they can demonstrate their ability to adapt to D365.
• Practical experience in month-end closing, accounting transaction review, manufacturing costing, and fixed cost control.
• Experience preparing and reviewing tax returns.
• English proficiency for day-to-day business communication, presentations, and work discussions. Japanese language skills are optional.
• Hold CPD License.
• Good communication of both writing and speaking
• Time management,Leadership Skills
