David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading financial services company who are looking to recruit multiple Business Development Managers for their Asian Network

Position : Business Development Manager (Asia Markets)

Location : Remote within Malaysia, Thailand, Korea, Indonesia, Philippines

Employment type : Full-time

Remuneration : base salary

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Identify, recruit, and manage strategic partners, affiliates, and business introducers across target markets.
Develop and implement strategies to drive client acquisition, revenue growth, and market penetration.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support long-term business success.
Represent the organization at relevant industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Provide market intelligence to senior management, including insights on trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory updates.
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing, Compliance, and Operations to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
Monitor regional business performance and prepare regular performance and strategy reports for leadership.

REQUIREMENTS :

Fluency in English or as close to as possible (B2C1 level) + Fluency in local language from Malaysia, Thailand, Korea, Indonesia, Philippines

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

At least 3-5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or affiliate management, preferably in digital services or technology-driven sectors.

Demonstrated success in developing and managing partner networks in international or emerging markets.

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Willingness to travel within assigned regions as required.
