Key Responsibilities

• AI-Driven Product Leadership
• Architect and scale ooca’s EMR and Digital Twin provider platform.
• Integrate AI / ML capabilities including LLM-based triage, personalization, predictive analytics, embeddings, and NLP features.
• Evaluate and integrate AI frameworks and services into the product safely and ethically.
• Engineering and Architecture
• Oversee system architecture across web, mobile, and backend : React.js / TypeScript / Redux, Node.js microservices with Express, Flutter, GCP Cloud Run, MySQL, MongoDB.
• Establish DevOps standards, CI / CD, cloud cost optimization, and scalability.
• Security and Compliance
• Ensure compliance with PDPA and Thai health data regulations.
• Maintain platform reliability, security, and performance.
• Leadership and Collaboration
• Recruit and mentor an engineering and product team with strong AI experimentation culture.
• Work cross-functionally with clinical experts and product designers to create user-centered experiences.
• Support fundraising and investor communications on technology and AI strategy.
