Über die Rolle

Als YouTube Channel Manager Praktikant übernimmst du die Verantwortung für den Aufbau und das Wachstum eines neuen deutschsprachigen YouTube-Kanals – natürlich mit voller Unterstützung unseres Teams.

Du wirst alle Schritte der Kanalentwicklung kennenlernen – von der Idee bis zum Upload :

Aufbau und Betreuung eines eigenen YouTube-Kanals für den deutschen Markt
Schreiben von Skripten, Aufnehmen von Voice-Overs und Bearbeiten von Videos
Gestaltung von Thumbnails und Optimierung des Contents für maximale Reichweite
Recherche aktueller Trends und Entwicklung neuer Content-Ideen
Analyse der Video-Performance und Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung der Content-Strategie
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Media-Team, um Projekte zum Leben zu erwecken

Wir suchen jemanden, der neugierig, motiviert und bereit ist, in die Welt von YouTube einzutauchen .

Du brauchst keine jahrelange Erfahrung – wichtiger sind Einsatzbereitschaft und Lernfreude !

Dein Profil :

Deutsch als Muttersprache und gute Englischkenntnisse

Interesse an YouTube, Online-Medien und Internetkultur

Selbstbewusst beim Sprechen / Aufnehmen von Voice-Overs

Grundkenntnisse im Videoschnitt (Premiere Pro, After Effects o. Ä.) sind von Vorteil

Kreative Denkweise, gute Organisation und Lernbereitschaft

YouTube Channel Manager Intern – iGaming

We are looking for a creative and ambitious individual to join us as a YouTube Channel Manager Intern (m / f / d) to support our media team and help build a brand-new channel in the online casino niche.

Are you passionate about YouTube, always following the latest trends, and eager to learn how to create content that truly resonates with an audience?

If you want to gain hands-on experience in digital media and work with an international team, this internship is perfect for you!

About the Role

As a YouTube Channel Manager Intern, you will take part in building and growing a new German-language YouTube channel—with full support from our team.

You will learn every step of channel development, from concept to upload :

Building and managing your own YouTube channel for the German market

Writing scripts, recording voice-overs, and editing videos

Designing thumbnails and optimizing content for maximum reach

Researching current trends and developing new content ideas

Analyzing video performance and supporting the development of content strategies

Working closely with the media team to bring projects to life

Your profile :

German as a native language and good English skills

Interest in YouTube, online media, and internet culture

Confidence in speaking / recording voice-overs

Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar) are a plus

Creative mindset, good organizational skills, and eagerness to learn

As an intern, you will have the opportunity to :

Build a YouTube channel from the ground up—with our guidance

Develop skills in video production, editing, and content strategy

Learn directly from experienced content creators

Work in a flexible, supportive, and international environment

Internship Details

Remote or on-site in Chiang Mai, Thailand

Flexible working hours (approx. 35 hours per week)

Duration : 6 months, with the possibility of transitioning into a full-time role

Compensation : €1,500 per month
