JOB DESCRIPTIONS :
- Monitoring of cleaning for common area and surroundings of the building.
- Control the safety of the building.
- Supervising the garden arrangement and plant maintenance.
- Controlling and supervising the subcontractors for fitting out of tenants' area and unit area.
- Arrange the meetings with cleaning services and safety services at least once a month to discuss any corrections.
- Supervising the car parking ticket and car park arrangement.
- Inspecting the daily report recoreded by security attendants.
- Preaparing information list of tenents / co-owners tenants.
- Faciliting and coordination with co-owners and tenents.
- Conducting public relations abd annoucement for creating a good relationship between landlord / building manage,emt and co-owners / tenants / residents.
- Preparing work orders list for engineering maintenance.
- Preparing equipment borrowing and return for engineering maintenance.
- Handling posting service.
- Prepare all monthly report.
- Any other assisgned work, if any.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate management or a related fields preferred.At least 1 year of experience as a building manager or in a similar role.Good skill of Microsoft office.Good communication in English.
