Our client is a leading asset management company in Thailand.
Role purpose :
The Sales Lead will be responsible for leading the sales function for real‐estate / asset business lines : sourcing, structuring and closing sales of assets (especially foreclosed / secured real‐estate) and managing relationships with banks, financial institutions and corporate clients.
This role requires deep understanding of real‐estate litigation and distressed asset processes, to drive the sales channel and ensure conversion of asset portfolios to value.
Key responsibilities :
- Develop and implement the sales strategy for real‐estate assets, foreclosed properties, NPA portfolios working closely with legal / asset / valuation teams to identify, package and market assets.
- Build and lead the sales team, set sales targets, pipelines, monitor performance and drive achievement of revenue targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with banks, asset-management companies, corporate sellers, brokers, real-estate developers, and institutional investors.
- Provide market intelligence and insights on real‐estate trends, distressed asset demand, regional / sector opportunities, and litigation risk.
- Ensure that the sales process integrates real‐estate litigation and asset recovery mechanics ensuring that the assets marketed are litigation‐ready, title / legal risks assessed, and documentation robust.
- Work closely with internal legal, asset management, valuation and operations teams to ensure assets are properly packaged (title, litigation status, valuation) and saleable.
- Negotiate deal terms with purchasers, coordinate with internal teams (legal, valuation, strategy) and ensure proper handover / closing of transactions.
- Drive continuous improvement of the sales process : optimise pipelines, improve data and dashboards, streamline due diligence handoff, track post-sale performance and feedback into asset origination.
- Monitor competitor offerings, asset pricing trends, litigation outcomes, regulatory changes affecting real‐estate asset sales and distressed assets.
Candidate profile :
8+ years of experience in real-estate sales, distressed asset sales, NPL / NPA sales or asset recovery business.Solid knowledge of real-estate litigation, foreclosure, title issues, distressed property market and asset recovery process.Prior experience working with banks or asset‐management companies (AMCs), working on foreclosed / repo property or NPA portfolios is a major plus.Strong network with banks, AMCs, real‐estate brokers, institutional investors in Thailand and ideally Southeast Asia.Demonstrated track record of sales leadership, building / leading teams, achieving targets in high‐growth environment.Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, communication and deal-structuring skills.Strong commercial acumen, comfortable working with complex legal / asset recovery issues and converting them into actionable sales pipelines.Bachelors degree in real‐estate, business, finance or related field; advanced degree a plus.
