🌟 About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on and strategic Operational Manager to oversee daily business operations and ensure our teams perform at their best. In this role, you will streamline processes, coordinate cross-functional projects, and drive efficiency to support our company’s growth.

📌 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee daily operations across multiple departments.
  • Monitor KPIs and ensure teams deliver on performance targets.
  • Develop and implement SOPs to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Coordinate with Finance, HR, Marketing, and other departments for smooth execution.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate operational staff to achieve company goals.

📌 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in operations, project management, or business management.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and process improvement mindset.
  • Comfortable working with data, KPIs, and reporting tools.
  • Experience in platform / digital agency is an advantages.
  • Fluent Mandarin Chinese Speaking is required
